ROB EATON

 

The owner and Director of STN, the Soccer Training Network, Rob Eaton created the STN soccer camps in 1990 while the Head Coach at Lycoming college. In 2001 Eaton introduced a year-round training program with professionally run travel teams that now represent the club under the STN NorthPenn logo. Now, well into the second decade of providing exceptional soccer training and guidance to club players and families, Eaton has seen over 450 players move on to the college ranks and has supported literally thousands of players in their own soccer development at the same time as advancing three STN teams to the National Championship games within the USClub Soccer playoff structure.

Eaton’s soccer education was a rich one in England where he was rated one of the very best young players in the Nation, just missing out on the National team in 1979. He was invited to tryouts with several Pro teams and gained the benefit of phenomenal coaching at such places as Nottingham Forest, Leeds United, Leicester City, Derby County and the English Youth Team before deciding to join Notts County Football Club. While continuing his schooling Eaton played four years for the Magpies and was the leading goal-scorer in the Youth team and a significant player in the midlands club reserve team. Indeed, prior to coming to the U.S. Eaton played soccer in several countries while suiting up for County and considers himself privileged to have been trained by some of the best coaches in the world. 

 

Moving to the USA in 1984 Eaton went on to play as an All American at Lock Haven University where he was named one of the top 25 players of the century in 2000.

 

A storied college coaching career saw Eaton acclaimed as one of the brightest young coaches in the country. Four Coach of the Year awards were provided to him in 18 years of college coaching in addition to winning league and conference championships and totally redefining the record books at several institutions along the way. Eaton guided four players to the ALL American level and saw dozens of players receive All Conference and League honors under his guidance as he saw stops at California university of PA, Lycoming College, Methodist college (NC), Clarion university & Lock Haven University.

 

Eaton has not only played with; played in front of; and coached our area's youngsters, but he has also inspired them to further their own soccer playing and coaching careers with not only his immense knowledge, but also with his love and spirit for the game. Well over two dozen of Eaton’s former players are now themselves respected coaches at both the High School and College levels across the country, and all veteran SECOND TO NONE campers will inform you of an enjoyable and rewarding soccer experience under his guidance.

VITO ADDALLI

Managing Director

Hometown: Northumberland

Club: Noto Calcio, Palermo, Italy

​Vito manages all aspect of the club and works with all players. He has numerous years of experience working with Coach Eaton at both the club and college levels.

Since 2023 he has also been the Asst. Men's coach at nearby Lycoming College.

 

Vito was the head women's soccer coach at Pitt-Johnstown for six years. He led the Mountain Cats to a record six PSAC wins mark in 2019. He coached one All-Region performer, two First-Team All-PSAC West selections, and four second-team all-conference choices in his time at the school.
 
Addalli also served as an assistant coach at Mansfield University (2015-17), Hood College (2013-14) and Clarion University (2012),

 

At the club level, in addition to STN, Addalli also worked with the Beadling FC and Hotspurs Football Club in the Pittsburgh area. Addalli competed competitively at the U.S.D. Noto Calcio Academy in Parlemo, Italy.
 
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, mass media and journalism at Clarion University in 2012, and his Master of Science degree in sports management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018.

ALEXA REAM

Hometown: Northumberland

Club: STN

Alexa is the Assistant Women's Coach at DIV 1 Bucknell University and works with STN as the Girls Director of coaching. Ream has extensive college coaching experience at both NCAA D1 and D2 levels....before moving to Bucknell, Alexa was the Head Coach at Div 2 Clarion University, Asst Coach at Div 2 Mercyhurst University, Graduate Asst at Div 2 Wheeling University in WV where she received her MBA.

 

Prior to the 2023 season Ream was named to the prestigious 30 under 30 NSCAA coaching list as one of the best up and coming female coaches in the country.
 
A native of nearby Jersey Shore, Pa., Ream played at both Clarion and Lock Haven during her undergraduate days. She was the team captain at Lock Haven as a senior and earned her bachelor’s degree in health science with a minor in coaching.

BILLY HOOK

Hometown: Blanchard

Club: STN

Moving into his 14th year of coaching with STN, Billy serves as a Director of coaching and works with all ages of players within the club.

A standout player in his hometown of Lock Haven, Billy was a prominent player at Central Mountain HS and one of STN's finest defenders from 2005-2009.

Following four years on the Elizabethtown College squad , Billy returned to the area to become a teacher at Central Mtn. and is now the Boys HS Head Coach.

Billy is married to former STN star, Morgan Walker (Hook) and they have a budding star in the making with Malcolm already wearing an STN jersey.

MAKAYLA DICKEY

Hometown: Jersey Shore

Club: STN

Mak works primarily with the youngest girls teams and the Academy program.

A 6th grade teacher at Jersey Shore Area Middle School, Mak now enters her 7th

year on the STN Coaching staff. Originally from Lock Haven, Mak went on to play college soccer at Lock Haven University after playing for Central Mtn HS and STN from 2009-2015.

One of STN's most travelled coaches, Mak has worked with the club on tours of England, Scotland, Wales, Spain and Italy.

ANDY BUSH

Hometown: Danville

Club: STN

Originally from Dubois, Bushy was a stellar High School player who played for STN from 2004 -2009 and went on to redefine the record books at Misericordia University from 2009-2012.

Misericordia's records fell easily to Bushy as he graduated as the ALL Time leading scorer.
(Career leader in goals (48) and points (117)... Freedom Conference Player of the Year
(2012)... Earned First Team All-Freedom honors four straight
years...he was inducting into the  Misericordia Athletic Hall of Fame in 2023.
Bushy also went on to coach at his alma mata from 2013 - 2015​

Bushy now lives in Danville with his family.

MACY BAUMUNK

Hometown: Montoursville

Club: STN

Baumunk grew up in Sullivan County, PA where she has a long list of girls’ soccer accolades for her high school. Macy was a 2x captain, 4x all-star, and all-state soccer player during her career. She holds the girls’ all-time scoring record (111 goals), assist record (48 assists), and single season scoring record with 42 goals scored her senior year. During her time at Sullivan County, Macy was a prominent player at STN. With the club for 7 years, she earned over a dozen tournament titles, helped lead teams to multiple regional playoff births, and made two international trips with the club (Italy in 2016 and Spain in 2018).  

 

Following her high school and club career, Baumunk went on to a career playing for the Clarion’s women’s soccer team. She played all 4 years at the DII level. With over 1,000 minutes played and 40 appearances, Macy helped make an impact on a growing program and was well respected by coaches and teammates. 

 

After her playing career, Baumunk got into coaching early. She minored in athletic coaching while at Clarion, and interned with the Soccer Training Network in the summer of 2021. She came back and officially joined the STN coaching staff in 2023, and she also coaches at Williamsport Area High School. In addition to coaching, Baumunk is also an elementary teacher. She earned dual degrees in early childhood/special education from Clarion, and a Master’s in education from Clemson University.
